Monitored by Bruce Walker Refrigeration
Monitored by our sister company Bruce Walker Refrigeration, who’s highly trained and qualified refrigeration technicians will know if there becomes an issue with the Coolroom before you do. If the door is accidently left open, the power cord has become disconnected they will receive an alarm and be able to contact you to rectify the problem. If there is a mechanical issue Bruce Walker Refrigeration's technician will receive an alarm and be able to have the problem fixed before it causes you any interruptions.
Daily temperature reports sent to you
If you require the temperature of you stock to be monitored for health regulations or quality assurance, we can do this and provide you with a print-out for your records, these will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Inside and outside
Inside the Coolroom you will find ample easy to access shelving which have an anti-microbial protection coating. Easy to clean aluminium checker plate floor, LED temperature display, lighting and person trapped alarm.The clean and tidy outside of the Coolroom features stabilizing legs, rear step for easy safe access, and lockable door.

No need to worry about finding the time to collect and return or worry about towing the trailer, your hire will be delivered and picked up by one of our staff.
Delivery and collection to Adelaide, Norwood, Unley, Cudlee Creek, Gumeracha, Birdwood, Murray Bridge, Mount Barker, Strathalbyn, Meadows and surrounding areas are included in all hire pricing.

BWR Coolroom hire has been established by the owners of Bruce Walker Refrigeration.
Bruce Walker Refrigeration is a commercial refrigeration company based in the Adelaide Hills. Servicing the Adelaide metropolitan area and country South Australia for more than 30years.
Bruce Walker Refrigeration designs, installs, maintains and services a wide range of commercial refrigeration including large and small cool rooms and freezer rooms, water chillers, blast freezers, vacuum coolers, milk vats, display fridges, temprites, drink and beverages fridges, ice machines, wine rooms, and vaccine fridges.
Bruce Walker Refrigeration's highly skilled technicians have designed and custom built the monitoring system and mobile coolrooms for its now sister company BWR Coolroom Hire.
BWR Coolroom Hire's coolrooms are equipped with the best of the best, state of the art monitoring and refrigeration equipment making them a cut above the rest. We know and understand how important it is to have your stock, produce, food and drinks kept at the right temperature, and how costly and inconvenient stock loss is. With our monitoring system this is one less thing you will need to worry about.
When you hire a mobile coolroom from us, we will deliver and set the coolroom up, making sure everything is running how it should be, we will then collect the mobile coolroom at the end of the hire period, this way you don't need to worry about towing it or having insurance to cover towing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / HIRE AGREEMENT
Terms and Conditions
Definitions
“Owner” means BWR Coolroom Hire Pty Ltd
“Mobile Coolroom” refers to the vehicle rented by the Owner and all equipment and accessories attached there to.
“Hirer” is the party contracting with the Owner to rent a Mobile Coolroom identified on the Rental Agreement.
“Authorized Driver” is a driver authorized to drive a vehicle towing the Mobile Coolroom Trailer, this includes the Hirer as well as any additional driver whose name and driving license number are listed on the Rental Agreement.
“Hire Period” is the period from the earlier of the date on the Rental Agreement or the time of delivery of the Mobile Coolroom until the Mobile Coolroom is returned to the Owner.
“Hire Charge” is the amount detailed on the Rental Agreement or resulting from the late return of the Trailer payable by the Hirer to hire the Mobile Coolroom.
Hirer’s Liability
1) The Hirer acknowledges that at the time of hire that the Mobile Coolroom is clean and in a good serviceable condition and road worthy. The Hirer agrees to return the Trailer in a similar condition to that which the Mobile Coolroom was in at the time of hire. If in the opinion of the Owner the Hirer returns the Mobile Coolroom in a dirty condition or has caused excessive wear and tear, damage or damage through neglect or carelessness or abuse, then the Hirer agrees to pay for the Mobile Coolroom to be cleaned and restored to its condition as at the commencement of hire. Pre-existing damage, wear and tear is to be noted in this contract being present at the commencement of hire to protect the Hirer from liability. The Hirer shall be responsible for all freight and other charges incurred by the Owner or their Hirer in respect of the delivery and return of the Mobile Coolroom except when authorized by the Owner in writing.
2) The Hirer agrees to make his own insurance arrangements for his/her property.
3) The Hirer assumes all responsibility for any liability, including but not limited to public third-party liability, arising from the Mobile Coolroom during the Hire Period.
4) The Hirer and not the Owner is totally responsible for any event of lost, theft, or mislaid part or entire Mobile Coolroom regardless of the cause.
5) The Hirer is strictly liable for the loss of, or any damage, accidental or otherwise, to the Mobile Coolroom, its equipment, accessories, load in or on the Mobile Coolroom, their property and possessions until the Mobile Coolroom is collected by the Owner. The Hirer is liable for transport and administrative costs incurred in the recovery of the Mobile Coolroom.
6) The Hirer agrees to be liable for all the costs incurred by the Owner in the recovery of outstanding amounts. This includes interest at the rate of 2.5% per month, debt collectors cost and commission and legal expenses.
General Points
7) In the event that the Equipment breaks down or becomes unsafe to use, the Hirer shall immediately stop using the Equipment and take all steps necessary to prevent the Equipment from sustaining any further damage. The Hirer must also take all steps necessary to prevent injuries from occurring to any person or property as a result of the condition of the Equipment and must not repair or attempt to repair the Equipment without the Owner’s prior written consent
8) During the Hire Period the Hirer will not:
a) Sell, offer for sale, assign, mortgage, pledge or sub-let the Mobile Coolroom or any interest of the Owner herein.
b) Part with possession of the Mobile Coolroom except to parties named on this contract.
c) Allow any lien to be created in respect of the Trailer for repairs or otherwise.
9) The Owner will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of any defect the Mobile Coolroom or by implication that the Trailer was available for hire in a particular condition.
10) The Hirer must pay the full agreed hire amount before the owner delivers the trailer.
11) There is no refund in the event that the Mobile Coolroom is returned early.
12) The Hirer acknowledges and warrants that all information provided by it is true and accurate and can be relied upon by the Owner.
13) The contract between the Owner and Hirer comprises the whole agreement and that no collateral oral statements by the Owner, staff, agents, and/or other from part of the contract.
